HOUSE STATUS

At long last, we have accepted an offer on our house which includes all the furniture that we still have in the house.  Now we just have to get past the inspection including inspection of Radon.  This is scheduled for this next week.  Hope all goes well.  Closing is scheduled for April 29 which is under three weeks from now.  We are going to be concentrating on the final clean-out of the house with some things going to John and Cathy's house (they share a house in New Albany with another roommate). The rest are either going to Goodwill or similar charity or to trash.  Stay tuned for further updates.....
